uh.. sometimes it can sting a little, let’s face it. 

but in the end, i try to be happy that they’ve found new love..and remind myself that today’s just another day closer to me finding mine.

you can’t concern yourself too much about it, you know? they’re happy, and you’re the real loser if you’re going to go be bitter about it. but if you are the type who likes revenge and optimism isn’t so much your thing, know this : it’s much more impressive for them to find you having a life - a great one! - than at home writing passive aggressive status updates or something. take that energy & use it on making yourself happy instead of depending on someone else. self love! it is pretty incredible, folks. confidence is a big step in the right direction when it comes to finding good love from the right kind of person. confidence, not ego. xo
