my best friend, who wouldn’t be caught dead on tumblr, asked me for some date advice. she’s stuck at disney world this summer for an externship so the only guidelines were “as long as it’s outside of this stupid place and would be fun” . i’m not bitter when it comes to love, but i know how much she loves a good penis joke and we basically exclusively communicate through sarcasm, so here was my response. she went to the movies with her boy/man..thing on their last date so i figured they could use some quality “getting to know you” kind of time. the suggestion was - in case it isn’t clear from the excerpt - a day in the park, maybe in the evening with some food & tunes. no pressure, relaxed, cozy. feel free to use my advice if it’s applicable to your situation as well! xo
